My competitors will say it's crazy to offer a full refund. But I'm confident of my skills, and I'm confident of my ability to find out what you want out of your project, so I'm willing to take the chance.
My working process includes an initial interview where you tell me what you want done in your project. Or, if you are unsure of how to proceed, I can help by suggesting design ideas. Either way, I have an agreement with my clients to proceed with the project after the first planning meeting and after your initial deposit is paid. Throughout the project I ask for client feedback. So I expect you will be happy once your project is completed. One of my clients said to me, "I didn't think it was going to be that good".
If you are not pleased with the final project despite our meetings and progress reviews, you can ask for your money back. And you will get a full refund. I plan on creating a company reputation of excellent work and client satisfaction, this strategy will be part of that plan.

If you do ask for a refund, I will want to know why. I will ask you to complete a short questionnaire telling me in detail what went wrong so I can learn from the experience. I will ask you to give your word that you will not use any portion of my work in the future, and then I'll send you your money back.
